2011
Management was taken over by Steffen Herrmannsdörfer and the previously successful work was continued consequently.
Axel Köppe leaves the company.

2003
Successful handing over of management to the new generation: Axel Köppe (Managing director), Steffen Herrmannsdörfer and Harald Bäumle.

1996
Textilveredlung an der Wiese GmbH becomes an independent company as a result of the MBO from bankrupt Lauffenmühle GmbH.

Ulf Köppe, Klaus Nittel and Bernd Kopp, who had been executives before, take over management. Since then, concentration on fabric finishing, expansion of product range and upgrading of machinery. Introduction of ecological finishing processes. Participation in numerous research projects.

1976
Name of both plants changed to Winkler GmbH, plants Wiese 1 and Wiese 2.

1969
Formation of Wiese Textilveredlung GmbH by merger of former printshop and finishing company Druckerei & Appretur Brombach (plant Wiese 1) with Lauffenmühle (plant Wiese 2). Focus on commission finishing.

1951
Foundation of Ausrüstung an der Wiese by Winkler group, for finishing tissues after losing the Silesian plants. Right from the start, commission finishing of cotton. Later also yarn dyeing and finishing of knitwear.
